Starting well

Five MLS teams are undefeated after two games (KC-DC-NE-NY-DAL). I thought I would get a list of each team's best run to start the season, and here they are. Like always with this blog, I count shootouts as draws. DC's 1997 run of 14 games is the best, although it included 3 shootout losses. It ended with a 1-6 loss in KC.
