Comments on "MLS 2007 - Goal Details"
I like how Chivas has more left-footed goals than right. Ante at his best, but who else is a lefty? Bornstien obviously, but what about Klestjian, Galindo and Suarez? There has to be somebody else, right?
Also, is the DC United other the Pickens hand-off to Dyachenko goal? That is the only one I can think of that fits the bill.
I have no idea what other means. I suppose you could figure out which ones are which by looking through the game guides week by week.
Mendoza, Razov, Bornstein.
And obviously, right-footed players can score with their lefts, just as left-footers can score with their right.
I'm pretty sure one of Chivas' "other" goals was the one Razov scored with his ass off that Perkins miss-kick.
Have you done any checking on the quality of this data? In the past, you've done a great job pointing out their sloppiness.
Haven't checked it, that would take a while. Also it's hard to determine exactly what constitutes a rebound and some of the other categories.
