Download the MLS Lineup Database (1996-2010)

Download here (multiupload.com - choose any of the options to get it)

Updated through the 2010 season. Contains lineups for all competitive matches involving MLS teams, as well as the number of starts, subs, and goals for each player. There's also overall records for each team and coach in league history, as well as rankings of the top teams.

There's one spreadsheet for each team, and several more for overall stats. Please leave any questions/comments here or email them to me. I'd also like to hear about any errors. Well, enjoy.

EDIT: Small error: For LA's goal on 2010-05-05, Alan Gordon scored in the 21st minute, not the 2nd. The one was cut off.

Wow... just downloaded, so no significant comments, but sure looks impressive at first blush.

I had done some small compartive spreadsheets on salary information, but not to the degree you have stats here.

Good stuff as always. Going forward, something new I'd like to see tracked would be the players available as substitues but NOT used in a match. Starts and subs are great, but I want to know those who could have appeared and didn't.
